Joe Crepúsculo

Joe Crepúsculo, artistic name of Joël Iriarte Parra, is a Spanish musician, singer and producer known for his style that blends pop, techno, lo-fi sounds, romantic ballads and a touch of surreal humor. He began his career in the rock group Tarántula, but in 2008 he started his solo journey, betting on a more personal and experimental sound. Since then, he has become one of the reference points of the Spanish indie and alternative scene. His style combines synth-pop and vintage techno, electronic cumbia, sentimental ballads and lo-fi pop, with romantic, melancholic, ironic or absurd lyrics. He uses old synthesizers, basic drum machines and a home aesthetic, which has become an essential part of his artistic signature. He has released more than 10 studio albums, among which stand out Supercrepus (2008), Chill Out (2011), Baile de magos (2013), Disco Duro (2017), Trovador Tecno (2020) and Trovador Retrospectivo (2023).
