Entrenamientos de contemporáneo APDCV con Débora Ruiz

The contemporary training sessions with Débora Ruiz (@debora_ruiz.m) APDCV are free sessions aimed at dance professionals, taking place at Espai LaGranja in Burjassot during the month of October 2026. The activities occur on the days 6, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27 and 30, between 9:30 and 11 am, and aim to provide a space for physical and technical maintenance for the participants. The practice focuses on exploring the body through physical work, improvisation, and observation, investigating concepts such as weight, dynamics, and the release of tensions. The workshop is led by established local teachers, in collaboration with APDCV.
