El 47

The 47 is a drama film that tells the story of Manolo Vital, a bus driver who, in 1978, occupied the bus of line 47 to expose a lie by the City Council about the impossibility of raising buses up the slopes of the Torre Baró district. This act of peaceful dissent and neighborhood movement became a catalyst for change, showing how people take pride in their roots and in the working class that helped create the modern Barcelona of the 1970s.
