SANISIDRO

SanIsidro is a solo musical project led by Isidro Rubio, a singer-songwriter known for his eclectic fusion of folk, psychedelia, and flamenco. The event includes a concert where Rubio presents his latest album Lento aposta, which showcases his ability to blend various musical influences, from Mediterranean sounds to Caribbean and Sahelian styles. His artistic journey began in childhood, playing bongo with his father, a flamenco percussionist, and guitar with his mother. After forming punk and rock bands like Wau y los Arrghs!!!, Rubio dedicated himself to his solo work, releasing his first album under Slovenly Recordings in 2020. His 2023 album SAMBORI highlighted his emotional depth and instrumental richness, marking the prelude to Lento aposta, a project that continues exploring his unique sound.
