THE DEL FUEGOS

THE DEL FUEGOS burst onto the scene in the early 80s with their roots rock and left an indelible mark thanks to their combination of raw guitars, catchy melodies, and barroom spirit. Formed by brothers Dan and Warren Zanes, the former has led the band on stage, while the latter (a rehearsal musician, biographer, and university professor) has become an essential figure in cultural thought around rock and author of the official biography of Tom Petty and the essay that inspired the recent biopic of Springsteen, "Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere".
